Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns.
If you are unhappy with the sauce you received, please contact us within 15 days of receiving, as we want to make sure you have a great experience with our products! We have tips and tricks to tame the extreme sauces, as well as amp up the flavor of others.
You may be eligible for a refund based upon certain circumstances. Please contact us to start a claim!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return claim, and let you know if any additional information is needed. We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
