When will I get my hot sauce?
We try to ship any order within 3 days, although COVID-19 may impact this schedule. Please bare with us as we work to safely secure and ship our hot sauce bottles! You will receive a shipping confirmation email when it's headed your way. Reach out to us at email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns with your shipment.
How does a hot sauce subscription work?
Glad you asked! Simply select how many bottles you want on this page, then select your desired heat level and how often you want bottles delivered. Then, we'll send specially-selected hot sauces right to your door! You'll be charged at the frequency you select, and you can cancel at anytime.
If you're picky with your hot sauces, we recommend you do NOT order a subscription! We do our best to please all taste buds, but we know that's not always possible. The goal is to try plenty of sauces you've never had before. We hope to introduce you to new favorites!
Can I switch between subscriptions?
Sometimes you need more hot sauce, and sometimes you need less. We hear you. Simply login to your account before you're charged for your next shipment and and switch your frequency and number of bottles to what you want to receive.
What sauces do I get each month?

No, really. It's a surprise. We specially select sauces of each heat level every month, and that's what we'll ship to your door! This is a great way to try a lot of different sauces and flavors.
Why is a subscription more expensive than an individual bottle?
Good catch! Our subscriptions actually include FREE shipping, whereas individual bottle shipping starts at $5.99.
We specially select sauces to send you each month, which can vary in price. Some sauces cost more, and some cost less. We pick the good ones and send them right to you: your heat level, your schedule, no hassle.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Your happiness is our top priority! We understand subscriptions aren't for everyone. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll cancel you're subscription. We also welcome any feedback you have to improve our business & subscriptions!
Help! I got a broken bottle. What next?
Please reach out to us at email@example.com ASAP! Unfortunately, this happens from time to time when shipping fragile items. We'll happily replace your bottle free of charge once we have your broken bottle report with photo.
What if the sauce I ordered is too hot for me?
This happens! Not everyone's taste buds are the same. Our recommendation (and preference with a few of the hotter sauces) is to mellow them out by adding just a few drops to your meal. Whether that's by adding some garlic sauce drops to marinara, or a splash of your hot sauce to olive oil, you'll be able to add some heat while making your sauce last even longer!
